I ordered these on Wednesday, April 8 needing them for an event on Sunday, April 12. I received the proofs on Thursday, April 9 and approved them immediately, before noon that day. I unfortunately didn’t receive the stickers until Monday, April 13, so it didn’t deliver on the next day delivery promise.
Hi there, we're sorry to hear that your order did not arrive on time for your event. I do believe there must have been a misunderstanding about how Rush Production works. As our listing states, our cutoff for next business day shipping (Thursday in this case) is 12pm PT. Since your order was placed at 9:50pm PT, your order was scheduled to ship on Friday April 10 as communicated in your proofs email. The shipping method you selected does not deliver on Saturdays, so the delivery was always estimated to be Monday. If there had been a note on the order or you had communicated in your email that the stickers were needed on Sunday, we would have advised you that local pick up or local courier would have been the only way for that to happen.
We do understand how frustrating it is that these did not arrive in time for your event, however the stickers were shipped on the exact date that we communicated they would be shipped.
Tamera and the team were able to help me with a quick turnaround after a different vendor had a delay with the order. They kept me in touch via email during production, and I was able to get my order within 48 hours!
